I don’t know if it’s that I dream of RV’ing and I love food, and that at some point those two got married and birthed my love for food trucks. Maybe it reminds me of the movie CHEF, where a talented gourmet chef escapes from under the controlling thumb of his insecure restauranteur boss and ends up running a very successful (say it) … FOOD TRUCK.
One night my friends and I went out to a local establishment and saw parked outside, a brightly-colored food truck. It looked so tropical and charming, against the sunsetting sky. The tacos it offered were out of this world.
Food trucks celebrate food through their art, which you can taste.
