Description

After working for a famous coffee company for 6 months, doing tastings of coffee with nothing in it (i.e., black coffee), and pairings of coffee with different pastries, I will admit, I’m a coffee snob. I can appreciate a lot of coffees; after all, you can’t just like one brand. What if they close the store, or the company stops producing? I have learned that some fast food restaurants have really GOOD coffee. I have learned how to make coffee with a saucepan and Coleman stove in a parking lot, when the electric goes out after a hurricane in Florida. Coffee is another one of those food groups that brings people together, as it did then, as it does still.
